“Awa-Odori” Dance Performance & Tokushima Promotion – January 09, 2018

[ Jan. 9, Tuesday, 6pm—9pm, at BMICH, open to public & free of charge ] 

Awa-Odori, as one of the most popular and well-known festival dances in Japan, is a unique form of dance that originated from Tokushima Prefecture. As a part of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of Sri Lanka’s independence, the event will enable participants to witness and experience the traditional Japanese culture.
