Japanese Graduates’ Alumni Association of Sri Lanka (JAGAAS) has been functioning since 1993, almost 22 years old by now, and it was formed with the members who have successfully completed their higher studies in Universities and Institutions in Japan. It functions as a “Think Tank” comprising of expertise gained in Japan through numerous research and programs in the fields of science, arts, management,etc. We are engaged in sharing our knowledge, skills, and attitudes to make a positive contribution towards academic, professional, and business development activities in Sri Lanka. In particular, the main objectives of JAGAAS are to:
- Provide a forum and to promote a spirit of fellowship among members
- Promote and foster cultural and educational ties between Japan and Sri Lanka
- Assist members to gain knowledge by maintaining contacts with relevant Universities and Institutions in both countries
We invite all of you who completed studies in Japan and returned to the country, to be active members in JAGAAS and work for itsbetterment and do our great jobs to the both countries.
