Japanese Annual Education Networking Program & Fair -2017 JAGAAS presented and actively participated at the annual education networking program held on 23rd January 2017 at Kingsbury Hotel, Colombo. The Event was held between the representatives and delegations from the invited Japanese Universities, JASSO, Sri Lankan Universities and the Embassy of Japan in Sri Lanka

JAGAAS organized a special dinner on 15th Sep. 2015 to welcome the new Japanese Ambassador for Sri Lanka H.E. Mr. Kenichi Suganuma and felicitate the new Sri Lanka Ambassador appointed for Japan H. E. Prof. Ganganath Dissanayake who is a also a JAGAAS member. Past and present Executive Members of JAGAAS participated the event and expressed their best wishes to the two diplomats.

Food & Nutrition exhibitions, seminars and workshops were  was held at University of Sri Jayawardene & Wayama University under Ehime Sri Lanka Value Added fish processing International program coordinated by Dr. Udayangani Ratnayake with JAGAAS from 29th June 8th July 2015. JAGAAS in collaboration with the Embassy of Japan organized Bon Odori 2015 which was held on 4th July 2015 in Colombo. All JAGAAS members and the invitees with the New Ambassador of of Japan for Sri Lanka enjoyed the evening with Japanese summer dance, Taiko and food stalls organized at the venue. 5thSAFJUAA  annual meeting was held in New Delhi on 14.03.2015. Treasurer of JAGAAS Mr. AnandaPeramune represented JAGAAS at  this event.
