Workshops on Nutrition & Japanese Fish Processing Methods

Series of workshops on Nutrition & Japanese Fish Processing Techniques were conducted at Rajarata University and Fishing areas in Mannar and Negambo under the Value added fish processing program Ehime, Japan – Sri Lanka coordinated by Dr. UdayanganiRatnayake, Senior Lecturer, Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Medicine & Allied Sciences, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka; Executive member, Japanese Graduates Alumni Association of Sri Lanka.  Four Japanese resource personals from Ehime prefecture, Japan participated as resource personals.
